If you noticed that this is the same pattern as Scarlett’s Paris Hat, you are correct. Having made a pattern from scratch why only make one? This one I designed to wear with the 1860’s Fitted Coat. It is made of blue velvet and blue iridescent taffeta, trimmed with an ostrich feather and gold passementerie.
